Star City advised us on service provided and items in the future we may need repaired. Although our initial appointment was rescheduled due to high demand, in the end, it was the best service that I’ve had in the industry. Truly exceptional!!

My whole experience with Star City Heating and Cooling was excellent. Easy to set up an appointment online. In my case, same day service. They were knowledgeable, assessed the issue, explained it thoroughly, and worked efficiently until it was completed

They got us scheduled for the next day since it wasn’t an emergency. Our tech, Reece, came out within a very reasonable time frame, got things done quickly, and explained what everything is/does, and why it works. Absolutely recommend!

When calling for service, Star City did a wonderful job booking an opening as soon as possible. The technician Ryan, was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed our outlet issue’s inside an hour, kept his work area tidy and clean when finished. Thank you for resolving our issue, will definitely use in the future on other relatable issues.

Todd, Zach and Abe very helpful and personable. Good advice. Easy to trust their recommendations. Install was quick and efficient. They had my best interests at heart and none tried to upsell or convince me I needed something I really didn’t need.

It’s very stressful when you’re anticipating work. But Star City was knowledgeable and very helpful. Answered all my questions, and it always helps when the worker has a kind attitude. I will use Star City if need be in the future.

Needing immediate AC repair, I found Star City on Google Friday night and was able to book a Monday morning appointment. Trevor was on time and was very thorough in his examination of our system. Knowledgeable & answered all my questions. He was able to service our system immediately to get us cool again. Then, he was able to set us up for an appointment to discuss the installation of a new system. I was very impressed with the service we received.

I used Star City for the first time and have typically used Greens. This has been a much more pleasant experience. Reece was my technician and was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He diagnosed the issue and gave options.

I’m very pleased with the prompt service. I called on Monday shortly after 8 a.m. and Edwin arrived within an hour. He was very professional and had things done in just a few hours. I will definitely be recommending your company to others. He even made sure to explain that Black Hills Energy was offering a rebate and gave me all the necessary information required.

Star City was great, both personable & knowledgeable. Quickly pinpointed the main issue and had our AC running again within the hour. They passed on a lot of good information moving forward.

First thing, a real person answered the phone, and we called on a Sunday. The tech came out the next day and was very knowledgeable & determined to figure out the problem. Found out the thermostat was busted and replacing it solved everything.

Christian was very knowledgeable and did a great job for us! Told us about services plans that fit our needs as well …so appreciated that. We feel we are well taken care of now!

Our 2nd time using Star City and we are always very happy with their service. Zack was our technician on this job. He was thorough, patient, explained everything, and answered every question thoughtfully. The issue was resolved in a timely manner and the work area was cleaned up very nicely at the end of service.

We called today, they sent a tech today! It was hot as heck and Christian kept at it until the job was done! He didn’t cut any corners and was super personable! Should we need help in the future, we will definitely call Star City!

Star City has been amazing to work with. We had Brandon come out to look at our AC, and he was very knowledgeable and straightforward with what we needed. I would recommend Star City to anyone!
